Our friendly staff is available Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am - 3:00pm.  

In the cooler our packers hand pick your order and prepare it for shipping that evening. The coolers are regulated at 34 - 36 degrees Fahrenheit and have been designed to keep humidity high for optimum conditions. Growers deliver fresh product throughout the day, most of it cut that very morning.

A big percentage of our stock is grown locally by the best growers we could find in the Niagara region. Niagara is already famous for it's world-renowned Niagara Falls and it's wonderful wine industry, and the amount of growing done under glass is fast becoming the next trademark of the region. Our buyers frequent their greenhouses to be confident of the quality and quantity available.

To make your selection complete we buy flowers direct from all over the world including Canada and the USA, Columbia, Ecuador, Holland and Thailand.

Opposite the cooler we keep our inventory of plants lush and healthy in the greenhouse. UFD has a full selection of dish gardens, flowering and tropical plants.

The two areas come together outback where the plant boxes are stacked after being selected for the day's orders. Our drivers arrive early in the evening to carefully load and deliver each customer's order.

UFD owns it's temperature controlled fleet of trucks for maximum flexibility in getting flowers to your door.
