The Process
Much of our inventory is grown locally by exceptional growers throughout the Niagara region. Our buyers regularly visit the greenhouses to ensure top-quality product and a steady supply. We also source select products from trusted international partners to offer the finest variety year-round.
Our coolers are maintained at a precise 34°–36°F with optimal humidity levels to preserve every flower’s freshness. Potted plants and freshly cut blooms from local growers arrive daily, while imported varieties are delivered and expertly processed to ensure they’re ready for our customers. Every order is hand-selected and carefully prepared by our dedicated packing team.
To ensure maximum freshness, our drivers arrive early to carefully load each order. Every delivery is transported in our temperature-controlled trucks and brought straight to your door with care.
